A checklist for a clear conversation
Share your idea
Bring reference images and explain what you like about them: outline, proportions, metal colour or a small detail. Include your intended size, how you plan to wear the piece and any date that matters. Use Create Your Ring or contact the Maylaya team to begin the conversation.
Confirm before production
Request a written summary of the design, dimensions, stone details, metal fineness, finish and any engraving. Ask what drawings or previews will be provided and what you are approving at each step. Confirm payment terms, timing, delivery arrangements and how changes will be handled before committing.
Check at handover
Compare the finished piece with the agreed specifications. Check the fit, finish and any clasp, and review the accompanying documents. Ask the team to explain the care routine and the process for adjustments or aftercare.
Keep your records
Save the order confirmation, approved design and any report supplied. Ready-stock and custom work may follow different terms. Use the written conditions for your order; this checklist does not promise a fixed production time, resizing service or return entitlement.
