Clear disclosure helps you choose with confidence
Some treatments alter a diamond’s colour or clarity. Treatment information matters for understanding a diamond and for caring for it, so it deserves a clear conversation before you decide.
Three questions cover the essentials. What was done? Ask which processes were used. How should it be cared for? Ask whether the treatment requires special cleaning or repair precautions, for example during resizing or other work at the bench. What does the report say? Read the laboratory’s wording on the subject.
The answers help you understand the piece and its care requirements. Clear disclosure helps you choose with confidence, and gives a jeweller useful information before cleaning or repairing the piece.
