Measure, try and confirm
For a ring
Use the intended finger and hand when checking size. Measure more than once and treat an at-home guide as a starting point. Try a similar band width where possible; a wide band can feel different from a slim one. Confirm the sizing system with the jeweller instead of relying on a number alone.
For a necklace
Measure a necklace you already like, laid flat from end to end including the clasp. Then consider where a pendant will sit and how the chain works with your neckline. Ask whether the stated length includes an extension and whether it is adjustable.
For a bracelet
Measure the wrist and discuss the movement and closeness you prefer. A flexible chain, tennis bracelet and rigid bangle fit differently. For a bangle that slips over the hand, wrist measurement alone is not enough.
Before final approval
Confirm all dimensions and ask whether adjustment is possible for that design. Do not assume every ring or bracelet can be resized. Use the Maylaya ring-size guide, then arrange a fitting or ask the team to confirm your measurements.
